We’ll cover several knife techniques (including the julienne, dice, and chiffonade, among others) and use fresh vegetables from the garden to prepare a meal to enjoy together. Class fee includes The 6” Victorinox Chef’s Knife. Plus, our friends from The Extra Ingredient will be on hand to answer your questions on brands, styles, and all things knives!
