Description:  Celebrate the bounty of the fall harvest as certified health coach, Terri Maultsby (thinkeatgrow.com), guides us through preparing a delicious plant-based meal. This class will inspire you to use seasonal produce and incorporate the warm colors and flavors of fall into your meals.


On the Menu:   Roasted Acorn Squash & Broccoli Rabe Salad, Olive Oil- Braised Chickpeas and Swiss Chard with Cumin, Israeli Beet Labneh and Homemade Crackers
