description: Ages 3-5 are taking over the kitchen to combine reading and food in this 6-week series. Each week will feature a different book and recipe:

  • Soup Day by Melissa Iwai (on the menu: Snowy Day Vegetable Soup)
  • If You Give a Pig a Pancake by Laura Numeroff (on the menu: Pancakes: A non-traditonal recipe)
  • On Top of Spaghetti by Tom Glazer (on the menu: Spaghetti with Homemade Tomato Sauce)
  • Green Eggs and Ham by Dr. Seuss (on the menu: Garden Green Eggs & Green Smoothies)
  • Jamberry by Bruce Degen (on the menu: Popovers & Jam)
