iron chef (11-14 years)
description: For our intermediate to advanced chefs, we’re stepping up the curriculum with an increased emphasis on cooking technique and utilizing seasonal produce from the garden. This week will build on previous kitchen experience and include advanced knife skills and techniques, lessons with guest chefs, and group challenges. A final competition will be held on the last day with local chef judges. Previous cooking experience highly recommended.
