Learn how to wield a knife and prepare a salad of epic proportions! We’ll cover several knife techniques (the julienne, dice, and chiffonade, among other things) and use fresh vegetables from the garden.

On the menu: a salad made with leafy greens, herbs, tomatoes, peppers, and a delicious dressing

Drop-Off:  Yes.  If you would like to stay nearby, there are a couple of seating areas inside the Museum. The class instructor can guide you to a comfortable and convenient area to wait.
