Description: We'll visit El Salvador in this international cooking class and learn how to make traditional pupusas- a thick handmade corn tortilla stuffed with cheese or refried beans. Then, we'll harvest garden-fresh produce for cabbage slaw and accompaniments. Buen Provecho!

On the menu: vegetarian pupusas, curtido (slaw), refrescos (fresh fruit drinks)
