This week we will work as a team to focus on mastering the culinary basics: growing the best ingredients and understanding flavor, texture, and technique. Young chefs will gain experience working in a kitchen garden and creating delicious, seasonal recipes. Families are invited to join us for a tasting prepared by the students on the last day. No prior cooking or garden experience required.
